Does anyone know whether the sequence on DNA capture bead (emPCR bead) of FLX Titanium is different from that of FLX Standard?

Yes, the sequence on the Titanium capture bead (and the bead itself) is different than that used for standard FLX.

Do you know the seq on the Titanium bead then? The seq on FLX bead was available from the 454 paper in Nature 2005.
