N25 & N75 sequence index
i am working Roche/454 sequencing machine. can somebody please tell me from where i can get N25 & N75 sequence index . i am using gsAssembler and other software provided by Roche like sffinfo, gsRunbrowser but i am only getting information about N50 but not about N25 and N75
