Our FLX has been out of order for three months. Although Roche has helped us to fix it continuously but still cannot solve the problem yet. They didn't find any instrument problem (all parameters were normal) but the validation run results (using control beads kit) in three times were abnormal (Control Type I with extremely low %Passed Filter ~2%, most read ~70% lost in Mixed filter and Control Type II performance is much better ~78% passed filter).
It should be uncommon problem but I wonder if anyone has similar experience before and has the sharing with me.
