Anyone here having problems getting Roche to deliver consumables in a timely fashion? We've been having problems getting kits for some weeks now.

Depends. Occasionally they run out of stock, then it takes a bit, but most other times they deliver like clockwork. In fact, sometimes their speed scares me. -
My deliveries usually take a few weeks as most things seem to not be kept in stock. I had also had issues with them shipping me kits that expired a month later, but that seems to have been resolved.Comment

I think they recently internally recalled some emPCR kits, so those were on backorder for a bit.Comment
