Hi everybody,
I would like to know if anyone has ever used the kit GS FLX Titanium cDNA Rapid Library for small fragments (100 - 500 bp max) ?
I have two specific questions concerning this topic:
- First:it is specified using the purification kit Ampure (XP), but this cut-off of binding is nearly 100 bp.
Are there any other alternative than this kit?
-Second:The presence of glycogen can interfere of the binding on the AMpure beads ?
