No. of reads related to regions

I was wondering if anyone knows the number of reads related to number of regions for 454 sequencing. I know they have an equation to calculate it.

Anyone knows the roughly number of reads I could possible get.

1 region: XXX reads

2 regions: XXX reads

4 regions: XXX reads,

8 regions: XXX reads

16 regions: XXX reads

This is the number of beads you load onto the plate:

2 region plate = 2 million per region = 4 million total
4 region plate = 780.000 per region = 3,12 million
8 region plate = 340.000 per region = 2,72 million total
16 regions plate = 125.000 per region = 2 million total

usually I end op with less than half the reads
