454 Roche Titanium Run Costs

Hello All,

We are planning to purchase one of three (AB, Illumina or 454) next gen sequencing platforms and are comparing run costs.

Does anyone have a feel for the true run cost of the 454 Titanium FLX ? I looked at the 454 platform a few years ago and the reagent/consumable costs were very high -- more than $10K per run. Where are costs at these days ?
