Download of 454 Sequencing System Software package
Can somebody please tell me, where I can download the right package, so that I can use SFF tools (sffinfo)? I have downloaded DataAnalysis_2.9._All from http://454.com/products/analysis-software/index.asp , however after installation I just have GS De Novo Assembler, GS Reference Mapper and GS Amplicon Variant Analyzer.Last edited by arnikastern; 09-11-2014, 02:10 AM.
