    runAssembly error

    Hi all,

    I am running a cdna assembly with runAssembly (ver 2.3) and got the following error during the building of the contigs/isotigs stage:

    Error: An internal error has occurred in the computation.
    Assertion: chordId >= 0 && chordId < numChords
    Location: 'Chord* ChordCache::getChord(int)' [ChordCache.h:44]
    Please report this error to your customer support representative.

    The assembly involves paired-end Sanger reads together with some Titaniums reads. Anyone knows about this error and way to get around it? Thanks.

    These cryptic messages happen sometimes and indicate a bug in newbler. I guess you're stuck with following the instructions and contacting your local Roche rep...
