GS Junior enrichment

Hey everyone,

I have a question about bead enrichment for the GS Junior. The recommended enrichment is between 5% and 20% (500,000 - 2,000,000 beads). What could be the disadvantages when sequencing a library that had an enrichment above 20%, besides a higher amount of mixed reads.

No it is only the mixed reads, advantage would be that you could fill a plate with two SVE, but I guess your data will be useless.
