I'd like to know what types of ranges people are getting for the total quantity of their final chip-seq and/or msp1-digested rrbs libraries. For chip-seq, let us assume the starting amount of DNA is 1-10ng and 15-17 cycles of post-ligation PCR with phusion taq. For rrbs let us assume the starting amount of genomic DNA is 500ng also with the same range of PCR (using Pfu Turbo Cx taq from Agilent) post-ligation and bisulfite conversion.
