Hiseq 2500 and LIMS is not compatible well!

Just a reminder that maybe the Hiseq 2500 (not upgrade from 2000) is not compatible with LIMS well.

We installed a Hiseq 2500 in Feb, it runs good! but after we installed the LIMS, the hiseq software always report an error that some part was not recognized. the tech support from both Illumina and Genologics have worked together for a couple of time, but the bug still in there.

Is anyone else have this problem?

we have solved the problem with the help of Illumina and Genologics, now it works good.
