we consider MBD-seq cause the costs and overall CpG coverage. But I have limited understanding regarding number of reads from Illumina.
I somehow assumed that I could achieve double the amount of reads when using single-end reads compared to pair-end but is that how it works with real sequencing kits?
MBD-seq is all about number of reads.
What is the economical way of sequencing it?
