I want to make a targeted sequencing experiment for screening mutations which are involved to colorectal cancer. I think that using library preparation kit based on panel gene (amplicon enrichment or hybrid-capture) is the best way to finish my job. However, there are many kit which I can use, which have distinct price and performance.
So, can you give me some kits to refer? Thank you.
