Having run and analyzed a 12 sample multiplexed RNA-Seq study, I have noted that some of the samples are under represented (total reads are very low).
Moreover, I've noted that the barcode_unassigned file contains many sequences.
I'm just wondering whether some of the sequences of barcodes (Modules 1-16) could have changed from what is used by BioScope as default and therefore explain this issue.
Does anyone have the sequences for barcodes 1-16 (Ambion) - there is no information in the product insert or on their website.
