    SOLiD sequencer User Manual for the 5500 series

    Hello,
    I am new to this forum.... Can anyone out there pls give or lead me to the USER MANUAL for the SOLiD 5500 series.. I have got manuals for library prep, EZ bead system etc.. only thing am missing is this user guide for the machine..... kindly someone reply for this request...

    I suggest you download all the manuals for the 5500 from the Solid Community website. They'll be the most up to date. You'll need to request access to the 5500 Users Hub though.

      Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.

      I’m not a sequencing expert. I’m a purification scientist who uses NGS to evaluate workflows my group develops.
