    Has anyone generated a Transcriptome Reference Genome on the 454 and then used it as a ref genome for a SOLiD transcriptome run?

    We have done this. Sort of. In principle it should work fine. But in the case we did it, the investigators were looking at small RNAs on the SOLiD, so little can be drawn as to the likely success of the method for SWTAK.
