First WFA requires reboot to complete?

After upgrades from v3 to v3+ and v3+ to v4 I have had to reboot our SOLiD head node to allow a WFA run's processing to complete. Both times these were the first runs after the upgrade. Subsequent WFAs (and other normal runs) did not appear to be affected.

Anyone else seen this?

Tomcat was down for me. A quick headnode reboot cleared it up. Sometimes when you restart your machine(computers) not everything initializes.


shutdown -r now

I just typed "sudo reboot" and that worked.

That said, the tomcat server hung several more times after the real run started. The following command seemed to fix that:

service tomcat6-corona restart

But I had to be logged in as root for it to work. Use at your own risk, of course...
