Ranking SNPs from Solid resequencing

Hi,
I want to rank the SNPs obtained by the Solid resequencing (~7.5 million SNPs over the genome).Is there any software that can do so? I know about PolyPhen and SIFT but these are for human. Is there any way to look in SNPs of dog genome?
