I have been given a GFF3 file produced I think fromMaToGff3.java. The header lines include this:

The attributes field looks e.g. like this:

I have available specs only for solid GFF v0.2 so don't know what some of the newer attributes are e.g. what is mq? (I'm hoping that it's "mapping quality")
