    5500xl barcodes Nimblegen

    Hi all,

    Has anyone had experience with Nimblegen 2.0 in-soln capture and 5500xls platform? Particularly multiplexing samples -- I understand from Nimblegen that they are working on their own barcodes (details?) but not sure if they are compatible with the Lifetech's 5500's
