    Pipeline for Solid data

    Hello All,

    I would like to ask basic pipeline in order to analysis miRNA data that produces from Solid machine. I am new in this this technology so suggest me that, what is the best way (pipeline, tools or package) to analyze Solid NGS data for miRNA regarding ??

    Thanks in advance any suggestion would be appreciable.
