Library efficiency using Agilent Surelect

I am interested in knowing the efficiency of different library prep methods.

I want to to compare the blunt end ligation with a-tail and especially comparing the different kits available in the market with low DNA input like 50 ng. any suggestions what to start with ?

I also wanted to know what is efficiency of lib prep for the Sureselect system.
