    phosphorothioate bond

    Hi, does anyone have experience of using blocking primers during a hybridisation step without including a phosphorothioate bond? I ordered some primers for use with TruSeq but forgot to add this bond when I sent the details to the primer synthesis company and I'm not sure if I should re-order them with the bond?

      It's for a targeted capture protocol using an NimbleGen probe library so basically it's very similar.
