Shearing plant chromatin using Covaris S220

Does anyone have suggestions for shearing chromatin isolated from Arabidopsis leaf tissue (or any plant material, for that matter) using the Covaris S220. I have been using the Bioruptor but now have access to a Covaris instrument so I would like to see how they compare but I can't find any protocol.

If you could be specific about the tubes and holders to use, the exact parameters and buffers I would really appreciate it.
