  • HS DNA bioanalyzer result of RNA seq libraries

Hi All, I am preparing libraries using trueseq V2 kit from illumina. Most of my previous samples look ok on bioanalyzer. Recently, I used low input RNA kit from illumina for 6 samples. The libraries look a bit different from my previous preparations. Can anyone please have a look and let me know if I can still submit these libraries?
    Thanks,
    Rashmi

It looks like that either you overly amplified your library or you didn't do the size selection well enough.

The size selection looks off, I have had over amplification and it does not look like that.

How long did you fragment your RNA?
Illumina has a "low input" RNA kit?

Anyway, they will probably sequence fine, except you have quite a bit of adapter dimer (the peak at 120 bp). You probably should do another ampure clean up.
