Does someone have a protocol for double cleanup with Ampure XP? I need it to purify PCR products. Thanks in advance

I might be missing something... but a double clean-up would just be running the normal protocol twice on the same sample. That's it.

you may lose a lot (i heard it's near 30%) of your library products.

You can probably get away with just altering your ratio of beads to sample. There's a bunch of posts on this forum and a couple of nice blog posts about purifying ladders with different ratios to see where the cut-off you need is (such as here).
For instance, in my protocols a 1:1 ratio of beads is sufficient to get rid of most of our lower weight stuff.
