I have now run through the clontech low input RNA protocol again for generating dscDNA and obtained the following results with the high sensitivity dsDNA bioanalyzer chip. What I would like to know is if this sample looks like it could be sequenced?
Lane 1 is the positive control at 15 pcr cycles
Lane 2 is my sample at 15 pcr cycles
The sample was depleted as much as possible using the Bacteria Epicenter kit. 10ng went into the reaction per manufacturer instructions.
