library dilution

Hi everybody. I am trying to prepare GBS library. My DNA fraqment lenght is 200 bp. I have concentration of library as nanogram/microliter (for example,1.2 ng/microliter) but I must convert it into Picomolar/Liter for dilution. How can I convert it? Could you please help?
