PCR bias in library construction

I am thinking of investigating PCR bias in NGS library preps. I have seen a review and a few articles detailing bias with different polymerases. Kappa hi-fi was mentioned as having the lowest bias. I just wondered if there was a consensus for those who are in the trenches doing the experiments and if anyone could point me to further research on the subject.
