Mapping reference genome to ensembl identifier

I am trying to map ensembl identifiers to the reference genome GRCh 37. I am kind of confused as to which database to access for this. The file in question is "ALL.2of4intersection.20100804.genotypes.vcf.gz". I would really appreciate any guidance given.
