    BS_Seeker 'original_BS' is not defined

    Hi everybody,
I am using BS_Seeker(http://pellegrini.mcdb.ucla.edu/BS_S...BS_Seeker.html ) to process the bisulfite converted sequencing data.
There is no trouble for genome preprocessing steps(Preprocessing_genome.py), but there is error when running BS_Seeker.py:

    part of the code:
    python BS_Seeker.py -i $fastq_file -t N -e 50 -p $bowtie -m 3 -d $ref_genome -o $outfile

    error:

    ref seq: 0025 ( 27682 bp)
    ref seq: 0029 ( 590426 bp)
    ref seq: 0092 ( 155270560 bp)
    ref seq: 0090 ( 39786 bp)

I have re-checked the reference preprocessing, there is one error I missed:
"Could not allocate space for a joined string of 2897310462 elements.
Switching to a packed string representation."

I have fixed the preprocessing step, but "'original_BS' is not defined" error still exist...

Beyond CRISPR/Cas9: Understand, Choose, and Use the Right Genome Editing Tool
        by SEQadmin2

CRISPR/Cas9 sparked the gene editing revolution for both research and therapeutics.1 But this system still showed severe issues that limited its applications. The most prominent were the heavy reliance on PAM sequences, delivery limitations, double-stranded breaks that prompt unintended edits and cell death, and editing inefficiency (both in targeting and in knock-in reliability).

Despite this, “CRISPR helped turn genome editing from a specialized technique into

Proteomic Platforms: How to Choose the Right Analytical Strategy to Improve Detection and Clinical Applications
        by SEQadmin2

Proteomics platforms are evolving rapidly, with advances in mass spectrometry and affinity-based approaches expanding what researchers can detect and at what scale. As the field moves toward deeper proteome coverage and clinical applications, scientists face an increasingly complex landscape of tools. This article will explore how researchers are navigating these choices to find the right platform for their work.

The systematic characterization of the human proteome has
