Has anyone had success with Titanium seq yet? We've done very well with FLX, but the titanium is not delivering. Like to hear your experiences. Thanks, Matt

well we did a testing run this week on titanium.
atm i am still struggling with the basecalling step, for some reason it is not starting.
Image analysis was already done and i want to do signalprocessing, so i use
runAnalysisPipe --pipe=signalProcessing.xml --reg 1-4 D_2009_06_19_11_45_49_FLX11080450_fullProcessingAmplicons_ChIP_imageProcessingOnly
but all it get is a "output will appear in xxx" and i get a tmp file with lots of commandos in (gsRunProcessor etc) but cpu use is 0%. Will it start doing something? or is something wrong?

Next-generation sequencing (NGS) and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) are essential techniques for investigating the genome, transcriptome, and epigenome. In many cases, choosing the appropriate technique is straightforward, but in others, it can be more challenging to determine the most effective option. A simple distinction is that smaller, more focused projects are typically better suited for qPCR, while larger, more complex datasets benefit from NGS. However,...-
