From where to download sfffile utility

Hi Members,
I'm newbie with SFF files, and their split, extraction, MIDs.

I'd like to get sff files for specific bar codes. I got to use sfffile, but no where I'm able to get it.

View, edit, convert, dereplicate, clip ends, demultiplex SFF/FastQ files. Convert SFF/FastQ files

Here download asks to save .exe file, and no linux version or option is available.

I've sra ncbi installed with me, but sfffile is whole another beast, it seems.
