Hi all,
We ordered cassettes for our Blue Pippin back in March and are still getting the run around from the company (https://sagescience.com/) about when we'll actually receive our order. They blame the delay on their own suppliers, which may well be, but that's their problem to handle. We're piling up libraries that we can't sequence because of this. So, I have a few questions--do any of you have extra BDF1510 cassettes we can buy? Who else is having this problem (and did you ever receive your order)? and, what alternative methods for size selection do you use?
Back in the old days, I used agarose gel purification. Have tried double Ampure bead size selection with inconsistent results.
