Not sure if everyone realized this. I did not. The FlowChip Manifolds should be replaced every 3 months, it is somewhere in the USB stick manuals. We are learning the hard way with leaking manifolds that cause reagents to wick under the FlowChip. They aren't cheap either, ~$500 per manifold. So for an XL that is $4K/year, something else that is not in the cost calculator.Comment
