I am new to NGS. My project needs to do miRNA profiling so I choose NGS. I do not buy illumina Trueseq small RNA kit because they are too big and more expensive. Instead, I am thinking using Epicenter ScriptMiner small RNA library kit. Any opinions and information will be helpful. Thanks.
