    Qubit vs Nanodrop discrepancies??

    Hi all,

    What kind of difference is expected when quantifying dsDNA on a nanodrop vs. Qubit?

    Our core facility has generated Qubit values for my cDNA sampels that are consistently 1.3- to 2.3-fold higher than the Nanodrop values that I generated. I've read a lot of reports claiming that Nanodrop consistently overestimates concentration, so I'm a little puzzled by these Qubit results.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    I have this same problem with my samples!! you managed to solve your doubts? please if your answer is positive, I discuss how? I have this same problem and I think that may be the differences in temperature between rooms!!
