The PCR creates the adapter sequences using the P1 and A tags on the site specific primers.Comment

What's interesting is that these sequences seem to be a mash up of the 454 and Solid sequences. There is even some part complimentary sequence between the forward and reverse primer sequences. Surely this is would promote primer-dimer?
