    How to convert SOLiD BAMs to XSQ or csfasta?

    Hi,

    Is there a way to convert SOLiD BAMs back to csfasta or XSQ?

    I know there is a tool for converting BAMs to fastq (bam2fastq). But I'm not sure if the same can be applied for SOLiD BAMs.

    I need the raw reads and we lost our original XSQ files. Any help is appreciated.
