We have run the same library on two different machines using a MiSeq V2 300 cycle kit and it has failed in cycle 1 both times. We are following the same protocol as we have for the last 6 years, which includes a 10% phiX control, and we are concerned this could be a LOT issue. Has anyone else had issues with Box 1 LOT 20778555 or Box 2 LOT 20774730?
