    Tn5

Does anyone know of another source of Tn5 transposase other than
    FC 121 1030 form Illumina.
    Cheers

Epicentre's EZ-Tn5 Transposase; TNP92110, which is a special order item.

Thank you for the suggestion. Can Epicentre's EZ-Tn5 TNP92110 completely substitute for the Illumina product in terms of primer sequence, buffers, reaction conditions, etc.
      Appreciated,

Happy to help - this is just the bare enzyme and users have to load any oligos themselves. Here's the product page link:

Reaction buffer and stop solution is provided; we don't do custom oligo loading.

            Hi, gene fuse
Have you tried the EZ-Tn5 from epicenter? Could it be used for DNA library preparation?

              Tn5

              Hi,
I have not had a chance to try EN-Tn5.
Olaf Blue might have more info on this

EZ-Tn5 from Epicentre has been transferred for sales and support to Lucigen:

A hyperactive form of the Tn5 transposase optimised for in vitro transposon mutagenesis (transposomics).

I am finding the replacement of Nextera from Illumina but I am not sure if it could be used for tagmentation. It seems to be mostly used for the gene mutation.
